the location was near the main square! the building had a lovely original design. nicole from the staff helped us park. she even came with us to a nearby car park to assist.
i found i paid a fair amount extra for a room with a private terrace though the umbrella on the terrace was broken. the external light was also not working. lauren apologized for the troubles we experienced.

the staff were very friendly. i found them helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. breakfast was delicious with a great choice. it was so nice to be able to take it outside in the courtyard if desired.
the street where the parking was located had a party one night. i had to look for street parking. it made dropping off luggage difficult as i blocked incoming traffic.

The photos online did not properly reflect our room. I felt misled. The hotel seemed overpriced. It did not match my expectations for a four-star hotel. There were steep staircases. Navigating them was difficult.

My room had plenty of storage space. it also included a fridge and coffee making facilities. the beds were super comfy. I slept soundly. the breakfasts were very nice, with lots of fresh, delicious food served each day.
I noticed steep staircases. They may be difficult for some guests to navigate.
